Synopsis

Vivienne Edgerton is keen to do something meaningful with her time and her stepfather’s money, rather than spending it on frivolity and debauchery, but her choices may bring fresh trouble.

At the Buckingham, chambermaid Nancy Nettleton is beginning to feel more at home and hopes her brother will soon make London his home too. She is missing the man she loves, demonstration dancer Raymond de Guise, who is notably absent from the Grand Ballroom dance floor, as staff and guests come to realise that in a hotel full of secrets, someone is always listening.
