From Normans, the Holbrooks Road Pinot Grigio Fleurieu 2018 is a highly aromatic White Wine with a pale straw colour and subtle green hues. Tropical fruit notes shape the profile, with peach, mango and citrus blossom coming through clearly. Made in an unoaked, fruit-driven style, it keeps those characters at the forefront, finishing fine and creamy with a touch of nuttiness and zingy citrus. Natural fruit acidity brings length, while the finish remains savoury and textural, making it a refreshing choice for relaxed sipping.

In the winery, the grapes were machine harvested in the cool early hours from a single vineyard in South Australia’s Riverland region. The juice was crushed, chilled and fermented at controlled temperatures in a cool cellar, then given extended lees stirring to add complexity and structure. Bottling followed careful filtration to help retain vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavour.
