Drawn from a two-hectare site with vines averaging 200 years of age, it offers a striking combination of freshness, structure and richness, with 2022 bringing notable concentration and depth.

White peach, honeysuckle and jasmine lead the aromatics, while the palate shows firm grip alongside a full, layered texture. Whole bunches of hand-harvested grapes were pressed, then fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in 228-litre Burgundy barrels. Ageing on the lees for 10 months with periodic stirring adds further complexity, and the wine is suited to cellaring.
