Petromax Grilling Grate

Designed for the Petromax pro-ft series, the Petromax Grilling Grate brings extra versatility to your Dutch oven set-up, from grilling to smoking and more. It pairs neatly with other pro-ft components, and can be transported and stored inside a Petromax Dutch oven from size ft6.

For grilling, clamp the grate into the Dutch Oven Lid Holder pro-ft in place of a Dutch oven lid, turn it, then position the Charcoal Tray pro-ft underneath at your preferred height. To smoke food, install the grate in the same way, add smoking chips and briquettes to the Charcoal Tray pro-ft, and place a pot over the top. The grate can also be inserted into a ft6 or larger Dutch oven for steaming or baking, keeping food raised without contact with the pot bottom.
