From Peugeot, the Paris u’Select Salt Mill brings a refined, classic presence to the kitchen and dining table, with a glossy black finish designed for everyday seasoning. Created to combine durability with precise control, it’s made to help you tailor salt texture to the dish in front of you.

At its core is the Zirlion mechanism, engineered from zirconia to grind dry rock salt crystals measuring less than 6 mm. It delivers a wide range of results, from ultra-fine powdered salt through to a coarser, crunchy grind. For best results, it is not suitable for wet salt or moist salt, even when dried. Peugeot’s u’Select system offers six preset grind settings, adjusted via the ring at the base of the mill for quick, consistent changes at the table or hob.

Made in France from locally sourced wood from PEFC-certified forests, it is finished with a solvent-free coating for a more environmentally conscious design.
