Made in France from locally sourced wood from PEFC-certified French forests, it’s designed for regular use while keeping the focus on precise, controlled grinding.

At its core is the Zirlion mechanism, made from zirconia and engineered specifically for dry rock salt crystals measuring less than 6 mm. The u’Select system lets you tailor the result with six preset grind settings, adjusted via the ring at the base of the mill, so you can move from ultra-fine powdered salt to a coarser, crunchy texture as your dish requires.
