Pocketful of Stones Distillers Ansom Damson Gin 70cl

From Pocketful of Stones Distillers, Ansom Damson Gin (70cl) is a seasonal damson gin inspired by the team’s annual September damson harvest in Newlyn. Each year begins with handpicking damsons to mark the start of Damson Week, before the fruit is infused to create a characterful spirit with a distinctly autumnal feel.

Alongside freshly picked damsons, the infusion is layered with star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and orange, bringing spicy, warming notes without tipping into excessive sweetness. Serve it with lemonade or soda for a longer drink, or enjoy it after a hearty dinner, ideally alongside a cheese board by the fire.
