Silver Circle Distillery Wye Valley Gin - 70cl

Inspired by the woodland landscape of the Wye Valley, Silver Circle Distillery Wye Valley Gin is a Welsh craft gin distilled in Monmouthshire. At 42% ABV, it is made with wild botanicals from the area including sweet woodruff, elderflower, blackberry leaf, mugwort, Scots pine and linden flowers, alongside juniper, grapefruit, coriander and Welsh water.

The character is fresh and crisp, with leafy forest notes, tangy citrus and delicate floral detail. Great Taste Awards 2021 noted a nose reminiscent of a pine woodland after rain, with earthy, umami and angelica notes, followed by a slippery, textured finish.
