Portobello Road Gin Distillery - Old Tom

From Portobello Road Gin Distillery, Old Tom is a barrel-aged gin made from pot-distilled grain spirit and bottled at 47.4% ABV. It is redistilled with juniper, coriander seed and liquorice root, then finished with a little sugar and aged in a very old sherry barrel.

The result balances the punch of juniper with lingering sweetness from the barrel ageing. Its style draws on an earlier expression of gin, giving it a rounded character that suits slow sipping or classic gin serves.
