From Pocketful of Stones Distillers, Marmalade Old Tom Gin is a citrus-forward Old Tom Gin inspired by the classic flavour of Seville orange. Distilled with a combination of botanicals, it is infused with additional Seville orange peel and finished with a slight sweetness, creating a contemporary profile that remains rooted in traditional style.

Sitting a little sweeter than a London Dry while staying balanced, the spirit is made with Seville orange peel, star anise and liquorice root added at the point of distillation. It is then infused with traditional marmalade for two weeks, before being brought to 40% ABV with hand-squeezed orange juice for a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.

Versatile in the glass, it can be enjoyed neat, lengthened with tonic, mixed into a Negroni, or served warm as a Marmalade Hot Toddy in winter.
