The recipe uses nine botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, liquorice root, cassia bark and nutmeg. Intense, punchy and characterful, it is a fuller, more forceful style suited to classic gin serves and cocktails where a robust profile is wanted.
