Serving suggestion

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice, add 50ml gin, then top with 100ml premium tonic water. Stir well and garnish with a thin slice of ginger and a wedge of lemon.

For a Rhubarb and Ginger Spritz, add a serve to a tall highball glass filled with ice cubes, squeeze in lemon juice, top with tonic water, stir, and garnish with an orange slice.
