From Quinta de S. Sebastião in Lisboa, QSS Rare Reserva Portuguese Red is a Portuguese red wine made from Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet. Fermented in stainless steel with post-fermentation maceration, it is matured for 12 months in French oak, giving the wine depth and polish.

Deep garnet in colour, it shows aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant with black pepper, truffle and oak toast. The palate is concentrated and fresh, with a rich, refined and poised character that suits slow-cooked lamb, game, grilled sausages or bold regional cheeses. Vegan-friendly, it is part of the QSS Rare series.
