Reebok Deck - Blue

The Reebok Deck Blue is a widely adaptable platform which is great for all types of training and doubles up as a bench with flat, decline and incline backrest positions. The backrest can be tilted into four adjustable positions whilst the platform is height adjustable to either 20 or 35cm. With more than 20 setup combinations, there are dozens of exercises that can be done with this single, versatile piece of equipment. The platform has a multi-textured workout surface which provides better-targeted grip and superior cushioned comfort whilst the visual target zones create reference points for better form and sharper transitions,. There are ribbed side panels which provide maximum traction on the outermost edges whilst the surface is great for stepping, jumping and lunging as well as sitting and lying on for weightlifting exercises. There are also twelve slip-resistant rubber feet on the base which help absorb shock impact and provide a stable, solid workout platform.

The deck also has built-in attachment points which enable you to hook resistance tubes (not included) to both the feet and the backrest and it also has an internal storage compartment which is perfect for storing smaller accessories.
