Reebok Deck - Red

The Reebok Deck Red is a hugely adaptable platform which doubles up as a bench with flat, decline and incline backrest positions. The backrest can be adjusted into four different positions and the platform itself is height adjustable to either 20 or 35cm so you can easily adjust the intensity of your workout. There are more than 20 different setup combinations meaning there are dozens of different exercises that can be done with this versatile piece of equipment. There is a scan to train QR code which gives you access to free online video workouts.

The platform is made with a multi-textured workout surface offering better-targeted grip and superior cushioned comfort and the visual target zones provide reference points to help improve form and sharpen transitions,. Ribbed side panels offer maximum traction on the edges whilst the surface is perfect for stepping, jumping and lunging as well as sitting and lying on for weightlifting exercises. The underside of the deck has twelve slip-resistant rubber feet which not only absorb shock impact but also  provides a stable, solid workout platform.

The deck comes with built-in attachment points which allow you to hook resistance tubes (not included) to both the feet and the backrest whilst the in-built internal storage compartment lets you store smaller accessories.
