Reebok Deck - White

The Reebok Deck White is an extremely adaptable platform which is also a weight bench with flat, decline and incline backrest positions. The backrest is easily adjustable into four different positions whilst the platform itself can be adjusted in height to either 20 or 35cm. With over 20 different setup combinations, there are dozens of different exercises which can be done using this versatile piece of equipment. The platform is designed with a multi-textured workout surface which provides better-targeted grip and superior cushioned comfort. Additionally, the visual target zones offer reference points to help you improve form and sharpen transitions,. There are ribbed side panels which give maximum traction on the edges and the surface is ideal for stepping, jumping and lunging as well as sitting and lying on for weightlifting exercises. The base of the deck is fitted with twelve slip-resistant rubber feet which provide a stable platform for your workout and also help to absorb shock impact .

This Reebok deck has built-in attachment points so you can attach resistance tubes (not included) to both the feet and the backrest. There is also a built-in internal storage compartment allowing you to store smaller accessories.
