From Russiz Superiore in Collio, Col Disore 2021 is a traditional white blend grown on the hills of this north-eastern Italian region, close to the Slovenian border. The wine opens with a layered, generous character, combining ripe fruit and spice with a rich, rounded texture.

Greenish-gold in the glass, it carries aromas of ripe pineapple, coconut cream, golden apples, maple syrup, fresh honeycomb, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is full and decadent, with flavours of ripe peaches, almond, vanilla, aniseed, banoffee pie and pineapple. Decanting is recommended to allow the wine to open further.
