Scala Dei Pla dels Àngels Rosado 2023

From Cellers Scala Dei, the Pla dels Àngels Rosado 2023 is a fragrant, fresh and delicate rosé that showcases another side of Grenache. Made by the winery’s oenologist, Ricard Rofes, it is produced from a selection of grapes grown on tall vines in high-altitude clay vineyards in the north of Priorat.

Fresh and fruity in style, this rosé is made from 100% Garnacha Tinta. Expect red fruit and tropical notes on the nose, followed by fresh strawberries and pink grapefruit character on the palate. The finish is described as marvellously refreshing, making it a considered choice for relaxed aperitifs and easy-going food pairings alike.
