Schmitt Sohne Sweet Riesling (6 x 750ml - 8%)

Along the banks of Germany’s Mosel River, Schmitt Sohne has been producing Riesling for more than 100 years. This Sweet Riesling is made by the family-owned producer, now in its fifth generation, with fruit picked at optimal ripeness to preserve the grape’s natural sweetness and crisp acidity.

Grapes are harvested in the cool early morning, handled carefully to avoid bruising, then destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Cool fermentation temperatures of 50–65 degrees help maintain the wine’s fresh, bright character. At 8% ABV, this is a gently styled Riesling shaped by a long ripening season in Germany.
