Ripe black cherry and dark berry fruits with subtle floral hints, warm spice and a whisper of oak

Palate

Dry and full-bodied, with concentrated flavours of blackberry, plum and blackcurrant. Oak ageing brings nuances of tobacco, dark chocolate and gentle smoke. Structured yet elegant tannins lead to a long, lingering finish

Serving suggestion

Serve at 16–18°C. Pair with grilled or roasted red meats including beef, lamb and venison, as well as game, stews, mushrooms, mature cheeses, dark chocolate desserts and rich sauces.
