Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks, helping to retain the wine’s aromatic fruit profile and a clear, focused style. Produced in New Zealand’s Nelson region, it reflects Seifried’s long-standing role in the modern New Zealand wine industry; in 2014, Agnes and Hermann Seifried were inducted as Fellows of New Zealand Winegrowers in recognition of their contribution to New Zealand grapes and wine.
