El Enemigo Chardonnay 2023

From El Enemigo, the Chardonnay 2023 is a high-altitude white wine shaped by the producer’s focus on expressing the character of individual vineyards in Mendoza’s Piedemonte al Sur region, south of Luján de Cuyo. Founded in 2010 by Adrianna Catena and Alejandro Vigil, El Enemigo was created to explore terroir with an experimental spirit, aiming for freshness and clarity in every bottle.

In the glass, this Chardonnay shows remarkable purity and saline minerality. Aromas of salted lemon lead into apple and ripe peach, lifted by subtle oak spice nuances.
