SPARBAR® SB1 SLIP BAG - PINK

Designed to help perfect defensive boxing techniques, the SPARBAR SB1 Slip Bag creates a moving target for practising slipping, ducking and rolling. Hung from a doorway or ceiling, the bag swings to simulate a punch being thrown, supporting focused training sessions at home or in the gym.

Made from 100% cowhide leather, the Slip Bag is filled and weighted at approximately 1kg padding to encourage a consistent swing motion. It comes complete with a hanging chain attachment, making it straightforward to set up for regular practice.
