SPARBAR® SB1 SLIP BAG - WHITE

Designed to help refine defensive boxing skills, the SPARBAR SB1 Slip Bag creates a moving target for practising slipping, ducking and rolling. Hung from a doorway or ceiling, its natural swing simulates a thrown punch, making it a focused training tool for drills at home or in the gym.

Made from 100% cowhide leather and filled with approximately 1kg padding, it is weighted to encourage a consistent swing motion. A hanging chain attachment is supplied to support straightforward set-up, so you can position it at the right height for your routine.
