SPARBAR® SB1 SLIP BAG - WHITE

Used for perfecting defensive techniques such as slipping, ducking and rolling the SPARBAR® SB1 SLIP BAG can be hung from a doorway or ceiling, in which the swing of the bag simulates a punch that’s been thrown. Made from 100% cowhide leather the Slip Bag is filled and weighted at approximately 1kg padding , offering a great swing motion. Measuring at 11 inches in length and 7. 8 inches in width the Slip Bag is the ideal size for its use. It also comes complete with hanging chain attachment.
