Steven Wilson 'The Overview' Blu-ray

Steven Wilson The Overview is a Blu-ray release of his eighth studio album. The album runs for forty-two minutes and is built around two long-form tracks, inspired by the “overview effect” experienced by astronauts when viewing Earth from space.

The music returns to expansive progressive forms, with each track unfolding through multiple connected sections as continuous pieces. The album includes lyrics by Andy Partridge of XTC, used to drive the story in “Objects Outlive Us”.
