Stronger Gum is a xylitol-sweetened chewing gum designed for structured chewing programmes. Xylitol is used as the main sweetener, and is described as helping to protect teeth from plaque build-up and tooth decay. Stronger Gum is also used in Dr. Mike Mew’s clinic in craniofacial orthotropics.

Jaw muscles are stated to respond best when worked out for at least 15–30 minutes at a time. Guidance is provided for both regular Stronger Gum and Stronger Gum Extra Tough, including how many pieces to chew at once and how to position the gum on the molars to support even exercise on both sides of the jaw. An advanced programme is also outlined, combining Extra Tough chewing for 10–15 minutes with regular Stronger Gum for 15–30 minutes.
