T-Mech Mortice Jig

From T-Mech, this Mortice Jig is designed to help you cut accurate lock recesses in wooden doors with less manual effort. With self-centring guides and adjustable guide rods, it supports a controlled set-up, while the depth and height stops help prevent overrunning the cut for a cleaner, more consistent result.

Suitable for wooden doors from 30mm–85mm thick and locks up to 100mm, it’s a practical choice for both beginners and tradespeople working across locksmith and building jobs. The jig is supplied with 6 carbide wood cutters (2 x 19mm, 2 x 22mm, 2 x 25mm) in a carry case; you’ll only need a drill to get started.
