T-Mech Mortice Jig

From T-Mech, this Mortice Jig is designed to help you cut accurate lock recesses in wooden doors with less manual effort. With self-centring guides and adjustable guide rods, it’s built to keep your work controlled and consistent, whether you’re new to morticing or fitting multiple locks as part of regular trade work.

Height and depth stops help prevent overrunning the cut, so once you’ve marked up the lock and secured the frame in place, you can work with confidence. Suitable for wooden doors from 30mm–85mm thick and locks up to 100mm, it’s supplied with 6 carbide wood cutters in a carry case—so you’ll only need a drill to get started.
