KuKoo Grease Trap – 60 Litres

Designed for busy commercial settings, the KuKoo Grease Trap helps support a cleaner, more efficient drainage set-up by separating food waste, oil and water before they enter your system. With a 60L capacity, it’s well suited to kitchens that need dependable performance without constant emptying.

Inside, a large basket captures food waste as it enters, while small holes allow water to pass through and oil to rise to the surface. A baffle divides the tank into two sections to aid grease separation, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer across. Water is then directed to the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal.

Cleaning is made straightforward thanks to a large, accessible lid for thorough maintenance. Two secure bars allow the basket to be removed for waste disposal, while four spring clips and a rubber seal help keep the lid tightly secured to contain unpleasant odours. Constructed from stainless steel, it’s built for heavy use in commercial environments including restaurants, cafés, takeaways and hotels.
