Tamiya Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition (1:24 Scale)

Created to celebrate the Mercedes-Benz SLR lineage, this Tamiya Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition model kit recreates the 2006 SLR722 in 1:24 scale as a plastic assembly build. Developed from the SLR programme that began with the original 1950s series and later returned in 2003, the 722 edition takes its name from the 7:22am start time of Moss and Jenkinson at the 1955 Italian Mille Miglia endurance race.

Distinctive SLR722 details are reproduced across the wheels and body kit, while opening panels add realism to the finished display. The bonnet opens to reveal a detailed supercharged V8 engine, and the doors open to show the recreated interior. For added authenticity, metal transfers are included to depict manufacturer emblems.
