When fully extended, it can seat up to 8 people, with the extension leaves storing neatly under the tabletop when not in use. Inlaid grooves in the tabletop allow for natural expansion of the wood over time and help prevent bowing, while a clear lacquer seals and enhances the wood grain. The set is handmade from sustainably sourced oak timber, with fine sanding and polishing for a smooth finish.
