Synopses

Twitch

Twitch keeps pet chickens and pigeons, has swallows nesting in his bedroom, and spends his time birdwatching. On the first day of the summer holidays, he arrives at his secret hide to find police everywhere: a convicted robber has escaped from prison and is hiding in Aves Wood. Twitch sets out to use his birdwatching skills to track the prisoner and locate the missing loot.

Spark

After Jack rescues a wounded cat, he begins to suspect foul play and wonders whether a wildlife criminal is on the loose in Briddvale. Determined to uncover the truth, he investigates and finds himself pulled into a deepening mystery and a sinister criminal plot. Jack and the Twitchers must try to stop the villains before it is too late.

Clutch

When a peregrine falcon nest is raided, Twitch realises a thief is at work. He and the Twitchers set out to catch the criminal, but their search leads them into a deadly trap. They must find a way to save themselves and stop the villain before anyone gets hurt.

On a school trip to the Royal Swan Natural History Museum, Ava becomes caught up in a heist when hundreds of bird of paradise skins from the Alfred Wallace Collection are stolen. After finding a large jet-black feather, she believes it is an important clue, but the police will not listen. She takes the case to the Twitchers, leading to an investigation that reaches into the world of fly-fishing and towards a mysterious girl with a pet raven called Caliban, as well as a ring of thieves and smugglers.
