Synopses

Podkin One-Ear

Podkin, the son of a warrior chieftain, is expected to one day lead his warren and protect it in dangerous times. When his home is attacked, he and his siblings are forced to flee as the Gorm rampage and safety becomes hard to find. With threats closing in, Podkin must protect his family while facing what lies ahead.

The Gift of Dark Hollow

After a battle with Scramashank, Podkin and other rabbits shelter in Dark Hollow while Paz tends to rabbits suffering from sleeping sickness and Crom meets with the war council. Restless, Podkin explores and finds an abandoned underground chamber. There he gains the Gift of Dark Hollow and learns to moonstride, while Paz receives a magical gift of her own.

The Beasts of Grimheart

With their home under threat again, Podkin, Paz and Pook prepare to fight and travel to Sparrowfast to ask their uncle for the use of his magic bow. As they flee into the forest depths, they begin to suspect betrayal.

Uki and the Outcasts

From the Ice Wastes beyond the Cinder Wall, Uki emerges after being rejected by his village and left to die. A long-buried spirit from the time of the Ancients gives him life, unique powers and a mission. Joined by two other outcasts, Uki must capture Valkus, the Spirit of War, before conflict consumes rabbitkind.

Uki and the Swamp Spirit

With two more spirits to find, Uki and his friends set out after defeating Valkus. They head for Clarice, who is spreading disease through the swamps, while being pursued by the Endwatch and Jori's clan of assassins. Uki must find a way to outwit their enemies as the chase closes in.

Uki and the Ghostburrow

After capturing Charice, Uki has one final spirit to find: Mortix, described as the most dangerous of all. With Jori, Cole and Kree, he travels to Eisenfell, the greatest city in Hulstland, and discovers Mortix has taken control of Emperor Ash and is plotting to conquer the Five Realms with a terrifying army.

Uki must evade the Endwatch, the Shrikes, Clan Septys and the guards, and complete his quest before everything is lost.

Podkin and the Singing Spear

Podkin becomes Keeper of the Gifts, a role he finds important but dull, especially with three gifts still missing. When the Godseye Mirror begins to shimmer and shift, revealing a motley crew of travellers approaching, Podkin takes it as a sign that change is coming again.

Podkin and the Tentacled Terror

After claiming the Singing Spear, Podkin heads to the sea in search of the last gift: the anvil of Magmarok, hidden within a mysterious labyrinth. He must face Ancient sea monsters and pirates to reach the city that holds the anvil before Scramashank and his Gorm. The journey raises questions about what it will take to defeat the labyrinth and what may happen when the Gifts are finally brought together.
