Thompson's Blended Scotch Whisky (700ml - 43%)

Thompson's Blended Scotch Whisky is a Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV. Finished for 2 years in Sauternes casks from Chateau Bouade, it brings together oak, vanilla, nougat, butter, fruit and nuts on the nose, followed by a palate of honey, dried fruits and spices with subtle hints of leather.

The finish is really long and powerful, carrying sweet oak, vanilla and nutty notes. This cask finish gives the whisky a layered, rounded character suited to slow sipping.
