From XN, the Area 44 is a 20" Freestyle BMX built to bring a confident, park-ready feel to younger riders and teens. It uses the same robust steel frame and fork seen across much of the XN BMX range, paired with a top-load stem for a purposeful, BMX-inspired setup.

For learning tricks and developing control, the standout feature is the 360 gyro system, allowing the handlebars to rotate infinitely without cable tangle. Calliper brakes help maintain control with straightforward maintenance, while 20" spoked wheels and 1.95" BMX Park tyres keep the ride responsive for everyday sessions.
