About the Author

Mike Nevitt has been a practitioner and full-time teacher of yoga and meditation for over 25 years and has led workshops and seminars worldwide. He was formerly a graphic designer and commercial artist working in advertising agencies and design studios in the UK. Currently he continues to study and deepen his knowledge of yoga and breathwork while also exploring other related disciplines such as Ice Bath Immersion, Wim Hof Method breathing and Bazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
