1883 Maison Sichel Bordeaux (No Sulphites) Red Wine (6 x 750ml - 14%)

Maison Sichel’s 1883 Bordeaux is a sulphur-free red wine made from 100% Merlot. Produced from carefully selected ripe grapes grown on clay and silt slopes, it reflects a precise approach in both vineyard and cellar to preserve fruit character and stability without added sulphur.

The grapes were harvested in September at full maturity and taken quickly to the winery to limit oxidation and microbiological risk. Fermentation focused on extracting fruit and body, followed by malolactic fermentation and filtration. The result is a rounded, silky Bordeaux with moderate tannins and vibrant, crunchy fruit, well suited to drinking young.
