From Aya Estate in Bulgaria’s Struma Valley, Colorito Melnik Pinot Noir 2021 is a medium-bodied, dry red that brings together 70% Melnik and 30% Pinot Noir. At 13.5% ABV, it offers a vibrant profile shaped by red fruit, gentle spice and freshness.

The fruit comes from vineyards in Harsovo and Kromidovo, Melnik, alongside Pinot Noir grown near Kavarna by the Black Sea, where sea breezes help preserve freshness. Biodynamic practices are applied in the vineyards, and each variety is hand-harvested and fermented separately. The Wide Melnik vines are around 50 years old, with the Melnik component aged in oak barrels for one year.
