From Aya Estate in Bulgaria’s Struma Valley, Colorito Pinot Noir 2022 is a dry red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir with 14.5% ABV. Medium-bodied in style, it brings a bright ruby colour with a garnet rim and a character shaped by forest berries, spice and well-integrated tannins.

The wine opens with aromas of black cherry, mulberry and spice, with the spice becoming more intense on the palate. A long, pleasant and fresh finish gives it poise at the table, particularly alongside charcuterie, venison, duck, roast chicken, lamb or hard cheese.
