Chartron et Trébuchet Crémant de Bourgogne Pinot Noir Rosé Brut N.V.

From Chartron et Trébuchet, the Crémant de Bourgogne Pinot Noir Rosé Brut N.V. is a sparkling rosé made with base wines drawn from different subdivisions of the Burgundy vineyards, predominantly from the Côtes and Hautes Côtes of Beaune and Nuits, and the Côtes Chalonnaise. In the glass, it shows a delicate, pale pink powdery colour, lifted by a fine, regular bubble.

The nose opens with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, followed by small red fruits such as redcurrant. On the palate, a frank attack leads into generous red-fruit aromas, including strawberry and raspberry, with a note of English candy and a sour freshness that keeps the finish bright.
