Produced by Beciul Domnesc in Vrancea county, Romania, Miorita XO is a vinars matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years. Crafted at the foot of the Carpathians, where the borders of Muntenia, Transylvania and Moldova meet, it offers a rounded, mature style suited to slow sipping or mixed serves.

The profile combines notes of dates and carob with dark chocolate and ripe nuts, followed by an elegant aftertaste with warm tones of coffee and vanilla. Serve at 20–22°C or use as the main ingredient in a cocktail.
