From Torres, Jaime I is a Spanish grape brandy made entirely from Parellada and bottled at 38% ABV. Traditionally distilled in copper stills and matured for an exceptionally long period using the solera method, it has a composed, cellar-aged character with notable depth and polish.

The profile is refined rather than heavy, with a layered aromatic character that suits slow sipping. Vanilla, walnut, flowers, plum, cedar and sandalwood give it complexity, while oak and sweet spice bring structure without overshadowing its fruit-led core.
