Why it stands out

Torres Jaime I is a Spanish grape brandy with a more composed, cellar-aged feel than everyday styles. Made entirely from Parellada and traditionally distilled in copper stills, it goes through exceptionally long ageing using the traditional solera method. That extended maturation gives it depth and polish, while keeping the profile refined rather than overly heavy.

Flavour profile

In the glass, you can expect a deep mahogany look and a layered aromatic profile built around vanilla, walnut, flowers, plum, cedar and sandalwood. The overall feel is complex, balanced and stately, with oak and sweet spice adding shape without masking the fruit-led core. It is a bottle that rewards a slower serve and a little attention.
