Crafted as a traditional plum brandy, La Horincie Superior Plum Brandy is double distilled in copper alembic stills from selected ripe plums and matured for 5 years in oak casks. Extra maturation in recharred oak casks brings added depth, giving the spirit a layered character shaped by fruit and oak.

At 50% ABV, this 700ml bottling has a balanced, ripe taste with a fresh acidity. The finish draws out the fruit, supported by well-integrated alcohol and notes of vanilla, oak wood and bitter chocolate. Its fuller style suits robust dishes including roast and barbecued meats, sausages, gulas, poprikas, matured cheese and chocolate desserts.
