It suits bench press work when used with a workout bench, and also supports squat training, with a bar support designed for barbell bars measuring approximately 45-50 mm in diameter.

The rack has a rugged steel frame, 12 height settings from 107cm to 165cm, and stable non-slip feet for a secure base. Alongside it, the set includes a chrome-plated barbell bar, two dumbbell bars, and polyethylene-coated weight plates that can be arranged in different combinations. Non-slip knurled grips, quick-action spring collars for the barbell bar, and fluted star-screw caps for the dumbbell bars complete a straightforward, solid setup for a home gym.
