Built for home strength training, the Berkfield workout bench with barbell and dumbbell set pairs an adjustable bench with a 60.5kg free-weight package. The steel bench has a cotton-padded seat and backrest, with adjustment knobs that let you change position quickly between exercises.

The backrest offers 7 adjustable settings, while the seat has 4 settings, giving the bench a flexible layout for varied training routines. Alongside it, the barbell and dumbbell set includes chrome-plated bars with non-slip knurled grips, fluted star-screw caps for the dumbbell bars and quick-action spring collars for the barbell bar. Weight plates have a polyethylene casing and can be arranged in different combinations across the bars.
