Berkfield Petrol Engine Setting Locking Kit for 1.6 BMW N40/N45/N45T Chain Drive

For BMW 1.6 N40, N45 and N45T petrol engines, the Berkfield petrol engine setting locking kit provides the core tools needed for timing work and Vanos alignment on the inlet and exhaust camshafts. It is suited to workshop tasks including setting and adjusting camshaft timing, timing chain exchange, cylinder head gasket changes, camshaft assembly and disassembly, and biasing the chain tensioner.

Built for daily workshop use, this 6-piece kit is supplied in a blow moulded case to keep the tools organised for storage and transport. The set includes model-specific timing and locking components referenced against OEM numbers for BMW applications.
