Built for varied home strength training, the Berkfield Weight Bench with Weight Rack, Barbell and Dumbbell Set 60.5kg pairs an adjustable bench with a full free-weight setup. The bench supports bench presses, back leg curls, crunches, sit-ups and pec exercises, while the included barbell and dumbbells give you scope to change your training with different plate combinations.

Comfort is addressed with a well-padded bench, foam rollers for knee support and a backrest that adjusts through 4 positions. Safety brackets add support during barbell work, and the frame folds flat for storage, then stores vertically after use. The bars are finished in chrome plating and fitted with secure fastening details, including quick-action spring collars for the barbell bar, fluted star-screw caps for the dumbbell bars and non-slip knurled grips.
