Designed for focused home strength training, the Body Revolution Weight Plates and Bar Set pairs cast iron plates with a chrome steel barbell for a versatile free-weights set-up. The slim, high-density plates are easy to store between sessions, while still giving you the flexibility to build a routine around classic lifts and targeted accessory work.

The chrome steel barbell features a knurled grip handle to support control and stability as you train. With a 1-inch hole, the cast iron plates are made to fit most standard barbells and dumbbell bars, making it simple to move between exercises such as deadlifts, bench presses, rows and curls. For progressive training, the plates are available in multiple weights, allowing you to adjust resistance as your programme develops; the 5kg set includes 2 x 2.5kg plates.
