Built for compact lifting spaces, the Body Revolution 5ft Olympic Barbell Bar gives home strength training a solid, controlled feel without the longer footprint of a full-size bar. Its 152cm length and 13kg weight make it well suited to beginners, technique work and a wide range of upper-body and lighter compound lifts.

Solid chrome construction gives the bar a durable finish, while the structured steel grip section is knurled for a secure hold through presses, rows and curls. Smooth-rotating sleeves with integrated brass bushings create a fluid 360° spin, and the bar is compatible with all 2-inch Olympic weight plates. Two spring collars are included to keep plates firmly in place during each session.
