Celestron Dew Shield DX for C9.25 & C11

Protection in damp conditions and better control of stray light make the Celestron Dew Shield DX a practical addition to compatible Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tubes. This telescope accessory is made for Celestron 9. 25-inch and 11-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain, EdgeHD and RASA optical tubes with a single dovetail, giving a custom fit that wraps securely around the front of the tube.

The PE plastic construction combines flexibility with strength, while the felt-lined interior helps absorb excess moisture and suppress unwanted light. Extra padding at the tube attachment edge improves the fit, and the widened, deeper dovetail cutout accommodates 4-inch wide dovetail rails for a more secure connection. Velcro attachment points allow straightforward fitting and adjustment, and the shield rolls up when not in use for easier transport and storage.
