Celestron NexGO Smartphone Adapter

For attaching a smartphone to an eyepiece with far greater control than a simple clamp, the Celestron NexGO Smartphone Adapter offers a complete digiscoping and astroimaging solution. This telescope accessory fits eyepieces from 25. 4mm to 44. 45mm (1. 0-inch to 1. 75-inch), including 1. 25-inch telescope eyepieces, and is also compatible with binoculars, spotting scopes, monoculars and microscopes.

A spring-loaded phone clamp accepts smartphones from 58mm to 103mm wide, while rack-and-pinion X and Y fine adjustment knobs allow precise camera alignment over the eyepiece. The foldable construction combines cast metal, reinforced plastic and aluminium for a sturdy feel in use and a more compact form for storage or transport. A Bluetooth shutter release is included for still images and start/stop video recording with reduced vibration, and a booster is supplied for smaller or older phones 5-inch tall and under.
